Patio BBQ Combined Hire & Deposit

When you pay £100 you will be able to use the patio BBQ at Berden Village Hall during your hire of the hall. We will show you how to operate the BBQ, which will be provided with a plentiful supply of gas. At the end of your hire, please put any uneaten food into the Food Waste bin, and clean the BBQ using the cleaning tools and sprays provided. It should be left in the same clean condition as you found it. The BBQ will be checked by a member of the Sports & Social Club Committee, and provided it is found to be in a satisfactory condition £60 will be returned to you within 7 days of your hire.
